Festival of Trees

Musical tree

Train tree

Electrical tree

Hello Kitty tree

Here are a few of the hundreds of beautiful Christmas trees and wreaths at this year's Festival of Trees.
These trees are ALL donated, then auctioned off. Every cent of the money raised goes to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. I was told that over 7 million dollars was raised last year! Pretty impressive!

The Silver Prius got a BIG owie

Last Monday Paul called on my cell phone and said" I was just in a car accident, oh the police are here gotta go"
A few hours later I found out that Paul is ok, (very banged up, but nothing broken) and the Prius is in VERY bad shape. So the insurance company totaled it out. Do we get another Prius, or wait for a hybrid Sienna? Oh the decisions, the decisions!

Kade the builder!!!

Kade and Grammy had fun building a Lego Tower.

Introducing.... John Paul Hemingway

John Paul was born Nov 1.
He is named after his two grandfathers.
Great name huh?
Ashlyn is a wonderful big sister, and likes having him.
Mark, you can not deny him,
he looks just like you!

Macey Rose Spjute is here!

Here is our latest grandbaby, Macey Rose.
She was born Monday, Nov 12.
Weighed in at 7 lb, 2 oz, 20 inches long

As you can see she has lots of dark hair.

She didn't like the flash on the camera, so she is kind of squinting.

I took Kade and Addie up to the hospital to see her today.
Kade really liked her!!! He whispered around her and told us she was sleeping

So we are up to 11 grandkids!!!! Whahoo!!
Each one is Grammy's favorite!

Sally's Silly Pillows for Thanksgiving

I made this bench cover last year. I cheated, the other side is Halloween!

This guy I got from online cartoons. Just copied the picture, cut it out and transferred onto the fabric, sewed it down and TA-DA

Got this guy the same as above, went to online cartoons, copy, transfer onto fabric and embroider.
